Antidumping Proceedings: Radiators

The Ministry of Productive Development (by Resolution No. 873/2021) opened a sunset review on account of the expiration of the term of the antidumping measures on exports from China to Argentina of “radiators for motor vehicles and tractors.” These goods are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 8708.91.00.

The companies Facorsa S.A., Industrias Manufacturas Konas S.A. and Auto Ventures S.A. requested the opening of the sunset review.

The Resolution keeps current antidumping measures in force until the sunset review is completed.

So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 46.18% from China, considering export to third countries.
