Antidumping Proceedings: Food Processors

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution No. 205/2022, opened an investigation for alleged dumping on exports to Argentina of “multifunctional appliances, fitted with interchangeable accessories, for food processing, for manual use; mixer for manual use, with and without accessories and blenders” from Brazil. These goods are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 8509.40.10, 8509.40.20 and 8509.40.50. 

The company LILIANA S.R.L. requested the authorities to open the investigation for alleged dumping. 

So far, the authorities have estimated a presumptive dumping margin of 65.16% for Brazil.
