Antidumping Proceedings – Electric ironing presses from China

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 560/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measures provided by Resolution N° 1,210 dated October 23, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of electric ironing presses with a weight equal to or less than 51 kg., from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 8451.30.91 and 8451.30.99, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.

The company BLANCA PRESS S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measures.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 89.29% for China.
