The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management, by Resolution No. 47/2021, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of glass inserts, whether or not supported, for mosaics or decorations, from Turkey and Thailand and  classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 7016.10.00.

The company MURVI S.A. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 271.56% for Turkey and 981.69% for Thailand.
