Antidumping proceedings: Therapeutic Respiration Devices

The Ministry of Productive Development (by Resolution No. 860/2021) opened an antidumping investigation on exports from China and Chinese Taipei to Argentina of "therapeutic respiration devices." These goods are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 9019.20.20.

The company Silvestrin Fabris S.R.L. requested the opening of the antidumping investigation.

So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 73.11% from China and 401.80% for Chinese Taipei.
