Antidumping Proceedings – Dishwashing machines from China and Turkey
Through Resolution No. 394/2023, the Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review due to the expiration of the term for the antidumping measures on exports to Argentina from China and Turkey.
The goods involved are "dishwashing machines, of domestic type", classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 8422.11.00.
It was the company DREAN S.A., formerly JOSÉ M. ALLADIO E HIJOS S.A, that requested the opening of the sunset review.
So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 49.35% for China, and of 18.79% for Turkey, considering exports to Chile as a third market country.
The resolution keeps current antidumping measures in force until the sunset review ends.
