The goods involved are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 8202.91.00 and 8202.99.90.

It was the company SIN PAR S.A that requested the opening of the sunset review.
 

So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 45.45%, considering exports to Colombia as a third market country.

The resolution keeps current antidumping measures in force until the sunset review ends.
