Antidumping Proceedings: Fungicides
The Ministry of Productive Development (by Resolution No. 595/2021) opened an antidumping investigation on exports to Argentina from Brazil and Peru of “fungicides based on copper hydroxide, copper oxychloride or cuprous oxide, not containing bromomethane (methyl bromide) or bromochloromethane, presented in forms or containers other than those used in domestic applications.” These goods are classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 3808.92.91.
The company TORT VALLS S.A. requested the opening of the antidumping investigation.
So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 60.44% from Brazil and 58.11% from Peru.
