Antidumping Proceedings – Electric Pumps from China

The Ministry of Productive Development, by Resolution N° 167/2020, opened the review due to the expiration of the term of the antidumping measures provided by Resolution N° 243 dated April 15, 2015 from the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, on exports to Argentina of centrifugal, non-self-priming electric pumps, with a maximum flow rate greater than or equal to 100 l/min but less than or equal to 1000 l/min., with motor power greater than or equal to 0.1875 KW (0.25 HP) but less than or equal to 5,625 KW (7.5 HP), from China, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Codes (N.C.M) 8413.70.80 and 8413.70.90, while keeping the current antidumping measures until the completion of the review.

The company MOTORES CZERWENY S.A. requested the opening of the review process of the antidumping measure.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 546.93% for China.
