The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management, by Resolution N° 289/2020, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of toluene diisocyanate 80:20, with its isomers component tolerances between 82-78 and between 18-22, from the United States of America classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 2929.10.21.

The company PETROQUÍMICA RÍO TERCERO S.A. requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.

The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 165.18% for the United States of America.
