Through Resolution No. 402/2023, the Ministry of Economy opened a sunset review due to the expiration of the term for the antidumping measures on exports to Argentina from China and Brazil.

The goods involved are “Table knives, forks and spoons”, classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (NCM) 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00 y 8215.99.10.

It was the company, CINCAM SOCIEDAD ANÓENIMA, COMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, FINANCIERA, AGROPECUARIA E INMOBILIARIA that requested the opening of the sunset review.
 

So far, the authorities have determined a dumping margin of 56.85% for China, and of 166.74% for Brazil.
 

The resolution keeps current antidumping measures in force until the sunset review ends.
