Antidumping Proceedings – Gears and chain sprockets from China
The Secretary of Industry, Economy of Knowledge and External Commercial Management, by Resolution N° 288/2020, initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to Argentina of gears, chain sprockets and sets of gear and sprocket or gear, sprocket and chain or gear and chain or sprocket and chain, presented in common packaging, of the types used in motorcycles (including mopeds), from China classified under Mercosur Customs Tariff Code (N.C.M) 8714.10.00.
The company Jose Enrique Catalano requested the initiation of the antidumping investigation.
The authorities determined a presumptive dumping margin of 84.44% for China.
