Spokes bicycles and motorcycles from Chinese Taipei and China

By Resolution N° 10/2013, the Secretary of Foreign Trade initiated an investigation due to the expiration of the antidumping measures established by Resolution N° 14 dated January 18th, 2008 issued by the former Ministry of Economy and Production in exports to the Republic of Argentina of wheel rims and spokes for bicycles and motorcycles from Chinese Taipei and the People’s Republic of China, classified under Mercosul customs tariff code (N.C. M.) 8714.10.00 and 8714.92.00.

Chinese Taipei has been selected as the third country with market economy.
