By Resolution 163/2012, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of polymers of vinyl chloride, of the kind used to manufacture openings or enclosures, from the Federative Republic of Germany and from the People’s Republic of China classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NCM) 3916.20.00.
