Antidumping Proceedings

Resolution 589/2012 of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance initiated an investigation due to the expiration of the antidumping measures on imports of insulated vessels with glass inners, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NMC) 9617.00.10.

The antidumping duties imposed on such product shall remain in force until the review process is finished.

Brazil has been selected as the market economy third country.
