Antidumping Proceedings

By Resolution 39/2012, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of Poly (ethylene terephthalate), granule, with an intrinsic viscosity equal or greater than 0.70 dl/g but equal or lower than 0.86 dl/g, from the Republic of Korea, People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, Republic of India and Kingdom of Thailand, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NMC) 3907.60.00.
