Antidumping Proceedings

Resolution 50/2012 of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance initiated an investigation due to the expiration of the measures in the dumping investigation of exports to the Republic of Argentina of microwaves ovens, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NMC) 8516.50.00.

The antidumping duties imposed on exports of such product shall remain in force until the outcome of the review proceeding.

Brazil has been selected as the third market economy country.
