Pro Bono in Times of Covid-19
As a result of the global pandemic, the Argentine government decreed a set of measures, which are continuously updated, to control the spread of the virus, safeguard public health, and provide economic assistance to the most vulnerable segments of society.
In this context, together with the Comisión de Trabajo Pro Bono del Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Marval O’Farrell Mairal is providing free legal advice through different consultation channels, such as social media and a telephone hotline.
Marval O’Farrell Mairal is mainly advising on the Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia [Emergency Family Income], circulation permits, key personnel, and special protection for people at risk, among others.
In parallel, we continue our work with over 200 NGOs that, due to the health emergency, have created projects to provide food and health services to the people.
We are convinced that our Pro Bono Program work is the best way to help the wider community.
