News on the Unified Disability Certificate

Decree 534/2023, published in the Official Gazette on October 12, 2023, regulated Law 27711 regarding the validity of the Unique Disability Certificate (CUD) as a personal and non-transferable public document not subject to a time limit.

The regulation now establishes there must be updating instances to assess if the criteria for which the CUD was issued remain, to guarantee the validity of the document.
