Antidumping investigations

By Resolution 48/2013, the Secretary of International Trade initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of fungicides, based on copper hydroxide, copper oxychloride, or cuprous oxide, not containing bromomethane (methyl bromide) or bromocloromethane, presented in different packages, of the ones used in sanitary applications, from the Republic of Uruguay, Republic of Chile, Republic of Peru and the United States of America classified under MERCOSUL customs tariff code (NCM) 3808.92.91.
