Antidumping investigations

By Resolution 184/2013, the Secretary of Foreign Trade initiated the investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of Centrifugal electric pumps, not self-priming, maximum flow equal to or exceeding 100 l/m but less than or equal to 1000 l/m, with engine power higher than or equal to 0.1875 KW (0.25 HP) but less than or equal to 5.625 kW (7.5 HP), originated in People’s Republic of China, classified under Mercosur customs tariff code (NMC) 8413.70.80 and 8413.70.90.
