By Resolution 238/2010, the Secretary of Industry and Commerce initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of paper and paperboard, coated on one or both sides with kaolin (China clay) or other inorganic substances, with or without a binder, and with no other coating, whether or not surface-colored, surface-decorated or printed, in rolls or rectangular (including square) sheets, of any size, of the kind used for writing, printing or other graphic purposes, not containing fibers obtained by a mechanical or chemi-mechanical process or of which not more than 10 % by weight of the total fiber content consists of such fibers according to the following: i) In rolls of weight equal or higher than 80 grams per square meter, and equal or lower than 200 grams per square meter, excluding those of width equal or lower to 15 cm, metalized, baryta coated, and/or of the duplex kind; and ii) In sheets or strips of weight equal or higher to 80 grams per square meter, and equal or lower than 200 grams per square meter, excluding those under subheading 4810.14, tariff code 4810.19.10, metalized and/or baryta coated, from the United States of America, Republic of Korea, Republic of Finland, Republic of Austria, and People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NCM) 4810.13.89, 4810.13.90, 4810.19.89 and 4810.19.90.
