Investigation Initiated

By Resolution 234/2010, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of towels, including sets and mixes, from the Federative Republic of Brazil, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NCM) 6302.60.00, 6302.91.00, 6302.93.00, 6302.99.10 and 6302.99.90.
