By Resolution 36/2010, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of straight saw blades, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8202.91.00 and 8202.99.90.
