By Resolution 15/2010, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of single unprepared polypropylene yarn, with or without twist, for retail sale, from the Federative Republic of Brazil, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 5402.48.00 and 5402.59.00.
