Air conditioning equipments

By Resolution 16/2010, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of air conditioning equipments, with capacity less than or equal to six thousand five hundred (6500) frigories / hour; cold or hot-cold only by using inverting valve of the heat cycle, with a device for changing the air temperature; separate units, split style, imported as a set or by separate tariff positions consisting of: indoor unit or an evaporator unit, compact, prefabricated, with no cooling device and an external or condenser unit, with compressor and intercooler, from the Republic of Korea; Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8415.10.11, 8415.83.00 and 8418.69.40.
