By Resolution 295/2009, the Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Small and Medium-Sized Companies initiated an investigation for alleged dumping in exports to the Republic of Argentina of self priming, not submersible, monophasic centrifugal pumps, from the People’s Republic of China, classified under MERCOSUR customs tariff codes (NMC) 8413.70.80 and 8413.70.90.
