Import Certificates

By Resolution 304/2012, published in the Official Gazette on June 25, 2012, the Ministry of Economy and Finance resolved to: (i) replace the form of Import Certificates, and provide that the Import Certificates shall be printed in security paper; (ii) establish the validity of the import certificates in 60 calendar days from their issuance date; and (iii) appoint the Secretary of International Trade as the governmental agency in charge of the interpretation and application of this regulation.
