Extension of Beneficiaries under the ATP Program

On April 26, 2020, Administrative Decision No. 663/2020 (the “Decision”) was published in the Official Gazette, expanding the list of activities that could be beneficiaries of the Complementary Salary and/or the reduction of the employer contributions to the Argentine Integrated Social Security System.

Likewise, the Decision officialized the employers’ obligation to report the information related to the employees’ bank account where the Complementary Salary must be deposited. Employers are responsible for opening the bank accounts for those employees that do not yet have a bank account of their own.

Regarding the Zero Rate Credit, through the Decision the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers defined conditions for its implementation.
