Transfer of a Electricity Distribution Utility Concession’s Contract
The National Executive approved the transfer of the concession contract of EDELAP to the jurisdiction of the Province of Buenos Aires.

On November 16, 2011, Decree No. 1853/2011 (the "Decree") was published in the Official Gazette. The Decree transferred to the Province of Buenos Aires:
- jurisdiction over the service of electricity distribution in the area corresponding to the Electricity Distribution Concession Contract (the "Concession Contract") entered into between the National Government and Empresa Distribuidora La Plata Sociedad Anónima ("EDELAP"), which was approved in 1992 by Decree No. 1795/1992, and
- the Concession Contract.
EDELAP provides electricity distribution and retail to the cities of La Plata, Berisso, Ensenada, Magdalena, Punta Indio and Brandsen of the Province of Buenos Aires.
