Soy Dollar': Argentine Central Bank Eliminates Restrictions for Securities Transactions
Those participating in the Program will be able to carry out transactions with securities again.

On February 22, 2024, through Communication "A" 7968, the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA) eliminated the existing restrictions for those exporters who voluntarily participated in the Export Increase Program, created through Decree 576/22 and subsequently reestablished and extended through Decrees 787/22 and 194/23. These restricted the execution of transactions with securities, including—among others—arranging sales of securities in Argentina with settlement in foreign currency.
