Cybersecurity Plan Created in the Province of San Luis
The legislature of the province of San Luis passed a law creating the Cybersecurity Plan.

On August 2, 2022, the legislature of the Province of San Juan created Law No. 1077, serving as basis for the creation of the San Luis Cybersecurity Plan.
The plan aims to protect the circulation, storage, and transmission of the information assets in the Province of San Luis, as well as to strengthen the prosecution of cyber threats and to promote good practices to secure other information assets.
The law creates two main agencies in charge of implementing the plan: (i) the Executing Unit, within the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Province of San Luis; and (ii) the Coordination and Promotion Council.
In implementing the plan, the Executing Unit will:
- Define and identify the information assets in critical information infrastructures within the province.
- Analyze the capacity of the province to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Design and implement actions to protect the information assets and infrastructure of the province
- Develop and articulate training strategies for human resources.
Submit reports at the request of the Cooperation and Promotion Council.
