Walter Cuevas

Walter is an associate at our Neuquén office. He practices in the areas of Labor Law and Occupational Risk Law. His professional practice focuses on advising clients and representing them in labor disputes, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases.

He began his career in 2018 at leading law firms in the city of Neuquén, where he spent six years handling matters related to Labor Law and the Occupational Risk System (ART).

He received his law degree from the Catholic University of Salta in 2023.

In 2024, he completed a postgraduate program in Occupational Risk Law and Issues Related to Workplace Accidents at the Argentine Catholic University, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor Law at the Catholic University of Salta.
