Santiago Tomás Mazzilli
Family Office
Santiago Tomás Mazzilli joined Marval in 2021, as a member of the Family Office Department. His practice focuses on advising legal entities and individuals in tax matters, tax litigation, and local and international transactions and structures.
In addition to his professional work, and within the framework of the probono program, he provides legal advice to NGOs in the obtainment of their legal status, compliance with filings and registrations with applicable public registries of commerce and related contractual matters, and obtaining tax exemption certificates from the relevant tax authorities.
He graduated as a lawyer with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2022, specializing in Tax and Criminal Law. Subsequently, he obtained a degree in Estate Planning and International Taxation at the Universidad del CEMA, and completed a Master's Degree in Tax Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
