Paula Agustina Martínez

Paula Martinez joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2020 and is a senior associate in the Tax area, with a primary focus on tax advisory and litigation at the national, provincial, and municipal levels.

Before joining the Firm, she worked at other law firms in the Tax Litigation Department.

She graduated as lawyer from Universidad Nacional del Nordeste in 2013. She obtained a Master’s in Tax Law from Universidad Austral in 2016, with honors.

She is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and has a license with the Federal Court of Appeals of the City of Resistencia.

She has written many articles in her practice area and is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
