Natalia Hernaez Galarraga

Natalia is a partner at Marval in our Neuquén office.

Natalia Hernaez Galarraga is a lawyer from Universidad Nacional del Sur, with a postgraduate specialization in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and further postgraduate studies in corporate law from Universidad Austral. She developed part of her career at Marval O’Farrell & Mairal in the litigation, corporate and finance areas, and in 2007 co-founded in Neuquén the firm that would later become Pujante Hernaez Abogados. In 2018, together with Ignacio Pujante and Ana Laura Allevato, she integrated Pujante Hernaez Abogados’ corporate advisory practice with AHP Abogados, a firm focused on mass litigation, insurance and advisory services for retail companies.

She has more than twenty years of experience providing comprehensive legal advice to companies, with a focus on the hydrocarbons industry. Her practice covers corporate law, M&A, contracts, complex litigation and Oil & Gas transactions. She speaks Spanish, French and English.

Based in Neuquén and Río Negro, she advises major operators and oilfield services companies established in the basin, as well as companies and entrepreneurs from a range of industries taking their first steps in the region. Throughout her career, she has also published on environmental regulation as applied to activity in the province.
