Biography
Milena Secondi joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2022 and is a member of the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions area. Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies on corporate, registry, and transactional matters, as well as on the analysis of corporate disputes.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Law at Universidad de San Andrés.
