Micaela Aisenberg

Micaela Aisenberg joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2025 and is a member of the Tax Department.
Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive tax advice to leading companies across a wide range of industries. She has experience in local and international transactions, capital markets operations, financings, M&A, as well as advising on proceedings before tax authorities, among other matters.
Prior to joining Marval, she worked in the Tax Departments of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, KPMG Argentina, and Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani.
Micaela graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires in 2017, where she specialized in tax law. She also completed specialization courses, including a postgraduate program in Criminal Tax Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
She has published several articles on tax matters and, in 2022, received the award granted by the Argentine Fiscal Association for the best publication of the year.
