Martina Lorena Infante

Martina Infante joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2025 and is currently a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department. Before joining the firm, she worked at another leading law firm, where she specialized in bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation, and debt restructuring, with a particular focus on public enterprises. She also worked at the World Bank Group as a Short-Term Consultant, conducting comparative analyses of debt and insolvency regulations and law.

She graduated from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where she was awarded the Academic Excellence Award in Bankruptcy in 2024 and the Academic Excellence Award in Public International Law in 2023. She also received the Excellence Award from the Buenos Aires Bar Association for being among the top-performing students in the 2024 cohort.

In 2023, during her exchange program at Queen Mary University of London, she won the Outstanding Achievement Award in Law and Globalization, a course focused on Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) and International Arbitration.

During her university years, she was a member of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team, winning the National Final as an oralist in 2025. She also served as a Teaching Assistant in Public International Law during the 2023–2024 academic year.
