Maria Jose Nieto Lamas

Maria Jose Nieto Lamas joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is currently a member of the Consumer Protection Law and Litigation & Arbitration Departments.

She specializes in civil and commercial law, and has expertise in class actions and individual liability claims based on consumer legislation and defective products. She also focuses on negotiating consumer claims before administrative authorities and on handling administrative summary proceedings.

Maria Jose graduated as lawyer from University of Buenos Aires in 2018. In 2020, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Consumer and Business Law from Universidad Austral. She is currently pursuing a Master of Law (LLM) at Universidad Austral.

Maria Jose is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
