Magdalena Pusso Helguera

Magdalena Pusso Helguera joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2024 and currently works in the Intellectual Property area. Her practice there includes Intellectual Property litigation, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and out-of-court claims.

She graduated as a lawyer from Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in 2019. During her studies, she completed an academic exchange program at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid. Later, she completed specialization courses in Fashion Law and in Fintech Law, Blockchain, and Crypto-assets at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

She is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
