Leandro Ezequiel Simon

Leandro E. Simón joined Marval in 2010 and currently serves as a senior associate in the Litigation Department.

His practice focuses on the conduct of judicial enforcement proceedings of various types and the recovery of banking credits, and he has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters as well as in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in disputes related to consumer protection.

He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2009 and is an active member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal) and the Morón Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Morón).
