Iara Duer

Iara Duer joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2021 and is a member of the Tax Department.

Her practice focuses on comprehensive tax advice, including domestic and international transactions, tax analysis of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, foreign investments, international financial operations, and proceedings before tax authorities, among others.

Before joining the Firm, she worked at EY, also in the Tax Department.

She graduated law school from University of Buenos Aires in 2018 and later completed a Master’s in Law and Economics at Torcuato Di Tella University.

She is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Argentine Association of Tax Studies.
