Biography
Francisco Giudice joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2024 and is currently a member of the Antitrust area.
His practice there focuses on representing and advising domestic and international companies on matters related to the Argentine merger control regime and on investigations into anticompetitive conducts.
