Delfina Buffetti is a Semi-Senior Associate in the Life Sciences Department at Marval O’Farrell Mairal. She joined the firm in December 2025 and advises domestic and international companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, cosmetics, and healthcare industries on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

Her practice includes the design and implementation of regulatory strategies and advising on compliance matters ranging from clients’ day-to-day business operations to complex transactions, including corporate reorganizations, regulatory due diligence processes, contract negotiations, and proceedings before regulatory authorities.

Her areas of expertise include biopharmaceutical products, medical devices, cosmetics, household healthcare products, food products, food-contact materials, animal health and nutrition, health-tech, and agribusiness.

She obtained her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2022.
