Brenda Chmelik

Brenda Chmelik joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Patent Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies regarding the patentability and prosecution of inventions registration related to Biotechnology, Pharmacy, and Chemistry.

Brenda has a degree in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Molecular Biology. She is graduated from the School of Exact and Natural Sciences of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Likewise, she is an Industrial Property Agent (National Institute of Industrial Property).

Before joining the Firm, she worked at other top law firm as a Patent technician.
