Bárbara V. Ramperti

Bárbara Ramperti specializes in commercial and corporate law, with extensive experience advising clients on cross boarder M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and the acquisition of new business lines.

She has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1997 and was promoted to partner in 2012.

She provides advice to Fortune 500 clients within different industries such as infrastructure, consumers, insurance and life sciences in day-to-day operations, corporate governance, contractual matters, high profile local and cross border mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and other complex corporate matters.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Bárbara works with both national and international clients, focusing on the negotiation of share and asset acquisition agreements across diverse industries.

Bárbara is a member of the Executive Committee of Marval O'Farrell Mairal, the firm’s Diversity Committee, and of the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Corporations (Camara de Sociedades). She also serves as an officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

An active participant in local and international conferences within her field of expertise, she earned her law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1998 and is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
