Augusto Videla Zaguirre

Augusto Videla Zaguirre joined Marval in 2023 in the Litigation area and is currently a member of the Competition/Antitrust area. His professional practice there focuses on representing and advising both domestic and international companies in Argentine merger control regime and anti-competitive conducts matters.

Augusto graduated from Universidad del Salvador in 2025. During his time at the university, he was selected twice to represent his university at the Libre Competencia Moot, one of the most important international competitions on antitrust and commercial arbitration areas. He has also published several articles related to antitrust matters.

Augusto worked at the law firm Favier Dubois & Spagnolo in the areas of corporate and bankruptcy law.
