Antonella Balbo

Antonella Balbo joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2024 and is a member of the Trademarks, Technology, and Intellectual Property Department. Her areas of practice include trademark prosecution and portfolio management, IP litigation and enforcement, contract negotiations, and IP assets management.

Prior to her current role, Antonella gained experience in intellectual property working in Litigation and Dispute Resolutions over more than four years. She also filled roles as a Business Legal Analyst and as a Teaching Assistant in Patent Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law.

She graduated with honors with a bachelor’s Degrees in Corporate and Business Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2021. Subsequently, she completed a postgraduate Diploma in Law, Technology, and Business at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Antonella is passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and intellectual property, actively following industry trends. She loves to write articles on innovative IP matters and contribute to publications, bringing a creative perspective to the protection of intangible assets.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
