Ana Laura Allevato

Ana Laura is a external consultant at Marval in our Neuquén office.

Ana Laura Allevato graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2004 and completed postgraduate courses in Insurance Law and the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code at UBA. She worked for more than a decade at Estudio Jurídico Dr. Roberto Germán Busamia (2005–2018), where she was responsible for handling labor, civil, enforcement and administrative litigation portfolios. In 2018, she co-founded AHP Abogados in Neuquén, joining Natalia Hernaez Galarraga and Ignacio Pujante.

Her practice focuses on liability and mass litigation, with particular dedication to the defense of insurers and occupational risk insurers. She also specializes in consumer law and civil and commercial litigation. Over more than twenty years of practice, she has developed solid experience in the management and monitoring of judicial and administrative portfolios.

She continues to pursue ongoing training in her area of specialization, participating in numerous seminars and workshops on liability, damage quantification and insurance law matters, among others.
